'Dr Frank-N-Furter' Idols series

Dr Frank-N-Furter (played by Tim Curry)

I decided to do this look to kick off my 'Icons series'. Dr Frank-N-Furter is a simple look, using very few products.

To start with, combine some white face paint and some pale foundation, as you can see, the base isn't blended down into the neck.
Set this with a light face powder, to maintain the pale skin colour - you don't want to look flat white.

Begin to cover your eyelid in black eyeliner, to just above to crease, and take it below your eye.
Use black eyeliner on your upper and lower waterlines.
Taking a black eyeshadow, begin to blend it up to your eyebrow, until you have the desired coverage. Personally, I haven't covered my brows because you can see his brows in the picture. Then add a luscious coat of your favourite mascara.

Using a black eyeliner pencil, draw on the eyebrows just about your natural eyebrows. Make sure they're extended to almost touch the black eyeliner on the eyelid.

Using a bright pink blush, use it where you would usually place your contour, and really emphasise it and make it OTT... this is a drag look after all.
So after that, when you've finished your eyes and your base, it's time for your lips.

Using a black or a purple liner (I used black) overdraw your lips ever so slightly. make sure that the line is clean, by cleaning up the outside of your lips with your face paint/foundation combo.
Finally, fill in the lips with red lipstick and gloss.

Voila, you're done :)

I hope you enjoyed doing this look as much as I enjoyed doing it, I'm a huge fan of The Rocky Horror Picture Show :)
Thanks for reading :) x
